Manager:

- Create and track maintenance tickets for assigned properties and units
Employee (maintenance Service Personnel):
Employees can access specific functionalities within Tab2Fix related to maintenance and service tasks.
Capabilities:
- View assigned maintenance tickets
- Update ticket statuses
- Record service time and details for maintenance tasks
